In 2020, Jinggong Technology successfully localized the carbon fiber production equipment technology. As of October 2023, Jinggong Technology has undertaken more than 30 carbon fiber production lines, which can meet the varied needs of T400/T700/T800/T1100 grades of high-performance carbon fiber. Its equipment enjoyed a high market share for three consecutive years, and it’s the top choice of the users. After continuous technological development and innovation, at this stage, breakthroughs have been made in the process of core equipment.

The natural gas-powered oxidation oven independently developed by Jinggong Technology has a more advantageous performance over conventional electric heating ovens. The wind speed in the furnace is up to 3.5 m/s, and the wind speed uniformity is within ±0.3 m/s with a more even temperature. The maximum filament passing speed is up to 20m/min. The stable wind speed and even temperature verify that the performance and technology of Jinggong Technology's natural gas oxidation oven is one of the first classes internationally.

The two-layered carbonization furnace developed by Jinggong Technology adopts the industry-leading two-layered carbonization process line layout to reduce the workshop coverage. Loading pressure oxygen content monitoring and temperature monitoring effectively prevent accidents from happening and can simultaneously reduce the equipment insulation frame and the overall cost of labor and factory building, while ensuring safe, stable, and continuous operation at full load for a long time, helps achieve a jump in production capacity.
