The horizontal filament winding machine is especially suitable for large-sized work piece and high strength demanding work piece winding, which is widely adopted in the industries of aerospace, auto, shipping and others. This equipment adopts the active winding creel, resin bath (optional), and winding unit. The winding unit is composed of multiple independent servo control mechanism that synchronizes winding speed.

The resin bath is equipped with water bath heating and pneumatic system to allow a stable tension. The winding unit covers 3-axis winding head, main spindle, equipment base, and tail/head stock supports. Thanks to the coordination of each part, the fiber and resin tension and speed and the work piece rotation and movement are finely controlled, so as to guarantee a uniform resin coverage and high-performance finished product.
