01 COAGULATION BATH

It solidifies the spinning dope injected to the coagulation bath via spinneret and forms the filaments.

 

 

 

 

02 WATER WASHING AND STRETCHING

Water washing is used to remove the solvent from as-spun fibers.
At the same time, the stretching device stretches the fiber to improve its orientation degree and further improves its physical and mechanical properties.

 

 

 

 

03 FINISH APPLICATOR

It applies a layer of spinning finish on the fiber surface,
Improving fiber texture, eliminating static electricity,and improving the smoothness and processing performance.

 

 

 

 

 

04 DRYING

It reduces fiber water content and densifies the fiber.

 

 

 

 

05 STEAM STRETCHING

By means of steam heating and mechanical stretching
The orientation degree and crystallinity of the fiber are further improved, thus enhancing the fiber performance.

 

 

 

 

06 WINDING

It winds and packs up the fibers that have undergone above five processes.
