Recently, with the successful one‑time start‑up of Jilin Chemical Fiber’s first high-efficiency large-tow carbon fiber line dedicated to marine applications, JINGGONG Technology delivered three full carbon fiber carbonization lines in March 2026.

This concentrated delivery marks another milestone in large-scale centralized delivery of domestic carbon fiber full lines in the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, supported by our mature integrated equipment technology. It also helps customers achieve steady multi-dimensional upgrades in capacity and technology for wind power, aerospace, shipbuilding and other sectors through reliable and efficient project delivery.

Ultra-Wide & Ultra-Fast: Laying a Solid Foundation for Large-Tow Mass Production

The delivered 4,000-tonne-per-year large-tow production lines feature core designs with full independent intellectual property rights from JINGGONG Technology. We have overcome key technical challenges, including uniform temperature field control under ultra-wide width, stable fiber tension control, and thermal efficiency optimization for large-scale equipment. The commissioning of two ultra-wide lines further strengthens domestic self-sufficiency in high-end large-tow carbon fiber equipment and enhances core equipment independence.

Significantly, breakthroughs in ultra-wide width and ultra-high speed have effectively optimized the cost structure of large-tow carbon fiber. With the upsizing of wind turbine blades and expansion of the low-altitude economy, the cost-reduction advantage of large-scale production will continue to enhance the market competitiveness of domestic carbon fiber against traditional materials.

Three Lines Progressing Simultaneously: Customized for Multi-Scenario Industrial Needs

The three delivered lines balance energy efficiency and sector-specific adaptation, helping the downstream industry upgrade material performance and accelerate product iteration, while strengthening the domestic support foundation for high-end composites：

General Large-Tow Line: To meet ultra-wide width requirements, the team has developed dedicated unwinding tension control systems, ultra-wide pre-oxidation oven, and optimized heater & muffle structures for wide-width carbonization furnace, ensuring uniform temperature and air velocity during pre-oxidation, and achieving continuous, break-free production with consistent fiber performance.

Wet 3K Line: Customized with special roller treatment and high-precision transmission to reduce tension fluctuation and performance variation, ensuring excellent CV values and supporting domestic substitution in aerospace applications.

Special Large-Tow Line: Modularly optimized surface treatment and sizing system to resist high salt-spray corrosion, providing critical performance support for domestic carbon fiber to enter the marine market.

Conquering Extreme Cold: Turning “Impossible” into “On-Time Start-Up”

During the intense parallel commissioning of three lines, JINGGONG’s delivery team worked closely and efficiently with the customer. The customer coordinated internal resources for infrastructure completion; we adopted overlapping infrastructure and equipment commissioning to maximize progress.

From late 2025 through March 2026, the team implemented staggered shifts, cross-workshop commissioning, and round-the-clock debugging with strict quality control. All three lines achieved one-time successful start-up, fully honoring JINGGONG’s quality commitment.

The monthly delivery of three lines further deepens the strategic partnership between JINGGONG Technology and Jilin Chemical Fiber, and demonstrates JINGGONG’s strong system integration and engineering delivery capabilities in the full carbon fiber equipment chain.
